In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby waive and release any and all claims against the Dr. Marnie Rose Foundation, Run for the Rose, Reliant Park, Reliant Center and any of their affiliates and any and all other sponsors and officials of the 2010 Run for the Rose for any injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation in the event or while I am on the premises of this event. I state that I am in proper condition to participate in the event . Furthermore, I give my full permission to these parties to use any photographs, videotapes, or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event. If entrant is under 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign waiver and it applies to entrant and parent or guardian. The race director reserves the right to refuse any entry.
